Return Policy: Accessories

RETURNS (DEFECTIVE ITEMS ONLY)

Accessories may be returned or exchanged only if defective:

  • Within 14 days of purchase

  • With valid proof of purchase

  • In original packaging with all parts included

FINAL SALE ITEMS

Glass Products

  • All glass items are final sale

  • Items must be inspected in-store at time of purchase

  • Once the item leaves the store, no returns or exchanges

VAPORIZERS

Vaporizers may be returned or exchanged only if defective:

  • Must include original packaging and all components

  • Must be within the applicable return or warranty period

  • Device must be verified as not working properly

Returns will not be accepted for

  • Damage due to dropping or misuse

  • Improper cleaning or maintenance

  • Missing parts or packaging

  • Some brands are covered directly by the manufacturer. Our team will guide you if needed.

  • We reserve the right to inspect all items before approving a return

  • Not all items are eligible for return
