A letter to our community

As the COVID-19 pandemic unfolds, we want to address any questions or concerns our customers may have. First and foremost, your health and wellbeing are our top concern and we are working diligently to monitor the situation and adjust our operations accordingly.

Our stores are currently operating as usual, with regular business hours.

That being said, extra measures have been taken to ensure the health and safety of our clients and staff, including removing bud bars from the floor, increased cleaning protocols on all contact surfaces every hour and practicing social distancing. Additionally, we are longer accepting cash payments at this time to reduce the risk of surface transmissions.

We also have received questions about the safety of pre-packaged cannabis items and want to ease your concerns.  The most common question is:

Q: Is your cannabis safe?

A: In general, because of poor survivability of these coronaviruses on surfaces, there is considered to be a very low risk of spread from products or packaging that is shipped over a period of days or weeks at ambient temperatures (World Health Organization). All cannabis is packaged and sealed with an excise stamp, so your product is safe inside.

Additional safety tips:

  • Keep your sessions solo. Reduce or eliminate sessions with friends. It's best to remain cautious during this time.

  • Clean your accessories. It's a great time to ensure the cleanliness of your accessories. It can help reduce any potential contamination risk, especially if these items have been shared with others.

We will continue to serve and support our community, and ensure we are providing our customers a safe space. If you have further questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to reach out and we will work to address them as quickly as possible.

Thank you for your continued support. Please take care of yourself, your neighbours and your community during this time.
